At Stretched Out, we help people move better, feel better, and live stronger through Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)—the gold standard of assisted stretch therapy.
The fascial system is the connective tissue that supports and influences every movement in the body, from muscles and joints to organs and cells. When fascia becomes restricted due to injury, immobility, stress, or lifestyle, it can create pain, stiffness, limited movement, and decreased performance—often affecting far more than just the physical body.
Using a unique, highly skilled approach that combines assisted stretching, gentle compression, and rhythmic movement, Fascia Stretch Therapy helps regulate fascial tension throughout the body. When tissues are overly tight, FST helps release and restore space. When tissues lack stability or support, FST helps create strength and balance.

At Stretched Out, we recognize that healing and performance are deeply connected to the body, mind, and spirit. Every session begins with a personalized assessment to understand your unique needs, goals, and movement patterns. Unlike one-size-fits-all approaches, Fascia Stretch Therapy is individualized—treating the person, not just the symptoms.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovery from injury, improved performance, or a deeper sense of physical restoration, our approach is designed to help you move forward with strength, healing, and confidence.

SaraMae is a lifelong athlete, personal trainer, and movement professional whose life’s work has been rooted in strength, performance, and human potential. For years, she built her career pushing the body to excel—until her own body demanded something different. She understands both the power of movement and the truth that the body keeps the score.
In 2012, while training bootcamp clients, SaraMae experienced a sudden and unexpected medical emergency that left her on life support and in a coma. She ultimately survived but lost both legs below the knees and underwent a right hip replacement. What followed was not only a physical recovery, but a profound transformation in how she viewed strength, healing, and the body’s need for care.
With a background in bodywork, kinesiology, and sports psychology, SaraMae recognized that years of self-neglect masked as discipline had contributed to her breakdown. Determined to rebuild from the ground up, she learned to approach fitness and movement from a place of reverence rather than punishment—honoring the body as something to be supported, not sacrificed.
Today, SaraMae is deeply committed to paying health, healing, and well-being forward. Through Fascia Stretch Therapy™, she helps clients restore mobility, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that supports long-term performance and wholeness. Her work has positively impacted professional athletes, first responders, and families seeking sustainable health and vitality.
SaraMae is a Level 3 Certified Stretch Specialist through the Stretch to Win Institute and has received advanced hands-on training from founders Ann and Chris Frederick. She believes we are each entrusted with one body—and caring for it well is essential to fulfilling our God-given purpose.

The Frederick Stretch Therapy technique leans into the shifting paradigms and treats the whole person, not just a body part. It is pain-free and uses constant circulatory, gently oscillating movements of traction and stabilization to decompress joints and expand space in the soft tissues. Beyond gaining range of motion where needed, one experiences vastly improved kinesthesia (ability to move with ease) and proprioception (sense of one’s posture both when still and in movement). An overall feeling of wellbeing, confidence, and ease with oneself after receiving FST is the capstone to personal and professional transformation.
